Q. Do I have to complete the form all in one go?
A. If you don’t want to do it all in one go that’s perfectly fine.
Just fill in as far as you have time for, but then, very importantly, still click through to the end and click SUBMIT.
Why that’s so important is because that’ll then save everything you’ve input so far.
It’ll also kick off the process that’ll send you an up to date version of the Avatar with all the data that you have captured so far.
Q. Can I edit my Avatar?
A. Yes, you can. There are two methods.
- Option 1.
Once you have clicked submit the form will immediately give you the opportunity to Edit.
If you click on that link you can then bookmark the link for editing later.
Please save the bookmark with an Identifier (Maybe the Avatar’s name) so you know that link is for that specific Avatar.
- Option 2.
After you have already clicked SUBMIT but maybe haven’t bookmarked the edit link that’s no problem.
Getting the link to do some editing or updating is easy.

Q. Where will the emails from MakeDigitalWork land?
A. The initial email from the team at MakeDigitalWork could well end up in your junk mail.
So please add our emails to your white list i.e. not junk mail, then all your updates and new Avatars will go straight to where you expect them.

Q. Can I create more than one Avatar?
A. You can create more than one Avatar.
Just remember though to start a new Avatar, i.e. make sure not to overwrite your other Avatars by using a saved edit link, as each Avatar has it’s own unique edit link.
